Application:

1 .Functional requirements : it is used for testing hydraulic pumps,high speed motors,low speed

motors,hydraulic cylinders and all kinds of valves

2 .Pumps and Motors Model Range: (according to part A’s request)

3 .Test Item:

1). Displacement checking testing : No-load Pressure,determination of displacement.

2). Volumetric Efficiency/Total Efficiency Testing: Under the rated conditions,test volumetric efficiency and total efficiency.

3). Overload Testing: Max.displacement,Nominal Speed,125% of the rated pressure, or max. pressure operation more than 1 minute

4). External Leakage: in the above testing, Check the leakage of sealing parts.
