Description:
Ozone aging chamber is applicable to aging crack test of
non-metallic materials and rubber products. The box body of the box
structure is processed by a numerical control machine tool, which
has a beautiful and generous shape, no reaction door handle, and is
easy to operate.
The inner liner of the ozone aging box is made of imported
high-grade stainless steel plate, and the outer liner of the box is
made of A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and
cleanliness.
The heating mode is heating by heater, which is fast in temperature
rise and uniform in temperature distribution. Built in 360 degree
rotating sample holder.
Control system
The ozone aging chamber adopts imported ozone concentration control
analyzer with standard signal output and sampling.
Silent discharge tube ozone generator (characterized by low noise
and high purity).
The temperature controller adopts imported digital display touch
button and PID microcomputer SSR temperature controller.
