Dry organic coating is mainly used
For the measurement of adhesion by cross cutting method, the
squares of certain specifications and sizes are evenly drawn. The
adhesion degree of the coating film to the substrate is evaluated
by evaluating the integrity of the coating film in the squares. It
is expressed by "ISO / ASTM grade". It is a commonly used adhesion
test instrument for paint manufacturers and surface treatment

How to select blades?
The spacing of cuts in each direction shall be equal, and the
spacing of cuts depends on the coating thickness and the type of
substrate, as follows:
0 ~ 60um: hard substrate, 1mm spacing. 0 ~ 60um: soft substrate,
2mm spacing.
61 ~ 120um: hard or soft substrate, 2mm spacing. 121 ~ 250um: hard
or soft substrate, 3mm spacing. |
