CORN PEELING CRUSHING MACHINE

The excess water needs to be drained. Moisten for 5-6 minutes in spring and autumn, and 10-12 minutes in winter. It is better to take off cutter and roll by 3-5 mm. Feature

1: Corn hulling
1 Close the blanking and feeding plugboard at the feeding inlet,
and then start the motor. The machine operates normally, and then
slowly pull the blanking plugboard away
2 Wet peeling is generally beneficial for corn peeling. The
moisture content of corn should be within 15%. Mix 6-8 jin of water
for every 100 jin of corn, and mix evenly. The excess water needs
to be discharged from the container. The pressure plugboard has
multiple functions such as drying, removing and adjusting the
output. When the screen does not peel, the stripping chamber and
the
screen hole should be cleaned.

.2: Wheat hulling
The wheat shall be peeled by adding 2-3 jin of water per jin of
white wheat. After 2-3 minutes, the wheat shall be processed
without water by visual inspection. When the wheat is not peeled,
the screen shall be cleaned, generally 1-2 times. The wheat
shall be peeled dry for one time. Rice hulling, replace the screen,
adjust the stripper and stripper by 2-3mm, adjust the pressure
plugboard, and dry the rice once

3: Grits making machine
The grits making machine and peeling machine can work at the same
time. During grits making, corn can be divided into three
products: large grits, medium grits and flour through the following
three separations. Grits are naturally polished. The stripped
corn kernels are fed into the hopper, and the adjusting hand wheel
is rotated inward. When the grinding head and the grinding core
hear a slight running in sound, slowly open the hopper. At this
time, do not stay away from the adjusting hand wheel for the time
being. Adjust the tightness according to the size of the sieve
particles. When satisfied, tighten the handle from the left side
upwards. When the processing is about to be completed, loosen the
locking handle and rotate the adjusting handle outward. At this
time, the grinding head and grinding center have been separated.
The accidental collision sound of a no-load grinding head before
