5. Controlling system
- Function:includes self-diagnosis, electric failure and restart,
pressure controlling and self-adapt, circulation controlling,
password protection, SIEMENS PLC touch screen etc.
- Pressure controlling: The pressure in the box is controlled by PLC,
the pressure can be settled between +/- 10mbar,while beyond +/-
12mbar the system will automatically protect itself.
- Foot switch:controlling the pressure,easy to raise or depress the
pressure
6. Display system
Siemens PLC, which can display the operation state, pressure and
system record, etc.
7. Controlling of vacuum system
British EDWARDS vacuum pump, which can be controlled by PLC or by
hand. The type is 12m3 /h. It can vacuumize the antechamber and
keep the balance of the pressure. The limit vacuum is ≤ 2x10-1pa.
8. Analyzer
Measuring Range: 0～500ppm
P2O5 moisture sensor is adopted in the moisture analyzer, corrosion
resistant, renewable by acid cleaning, especially applicable for
corrosive environment like lithium battery and organometallics to
avoid discarding once contaminated.
Measuring range of 0~1000ppm
ZrO2 oxygen solid sensor.
