STC-BCH-1000 ultrasonic metal welding machine is designed for battery lab
research. It has the advantages of strong welding spot, low
internal resistance of the welding spot, and good appearance
without oxidation traces. It can achieve various effects by
choosing relevant frequencies and powers according to different
requirement.
Feature
● The conductibility after welding is good and the resistivity is
quite low.
● The welding can be perfectly conducted even if contaminant or
oxide exists on the metal surface. Ultrasonic have the function of
cleansing.
● Pretreatment is not required for the workpiece. The fusion can be
completed without solder and soldering paste, quite economic and
convenient.
● The welding time is quite short, fusion can be completed within
0.01~2 seconds.
● The welding head is made of wear-resistant material and with good
durability.
