Brief Introduction
This equipment is designed for precision rolling of non-ferrous
materials such as dry electrode compositions under certain
temperature conditions. It features a variable steering speed ratio
servo-driven system and adjustable rolling thickness, integrated
with automated winding and unwinding mechanisms for continuous
production.

● The device is a multifunctional combination that can perform film
formation and film lamination.
● It utilized servo motor with precision control, can be
asynchronous rotation and speed arbitrarily adjustable 0 ~ 1 rps.
● Equipped with winding and unwinding correction device to realize
continuously production, the steel conveyor belt to assist the
stable material feeding.
● Roller internal heating to ensure the heating uniform and precise
temperature control. The temperature controller features
independently adjustable temperature control with a digital
display.
● The roller has high hardness, and the surface is plated with hard
chromium.
● Adopt stepping motor automatic to adjust the gap, with good
self-locking and high adjustment accuracy.
● Equipped with a cutting mechanism to cut the material edge
smoothly after film formation.
● Small size, easy to operate, flexible and fast to use.
