Performance Features
1. Stanard two axis control (X.Y).
2. Mechancial torque synchronization(torsion bar).
3. The whole machine is in sheet plate welded structure, with
internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, ensure
machine high strength and good rigity.
4. Electrical control and manual fine-tuning mode are adopted for
distance of rear stopper and stroke of slidder, and installed with
digital display device, easy and quick for operator.
5. Quick clamping is equipped,it is convenient for operator to
install and get offer punch.
Press Brake Backgauge Hiwin Ball Screw and Linear Guide Rail.
Adopts HIWIN Ball Screw,linear guide rail , improve machine

1. Apply Lubricating grease to machine parts(which made of steels
as a precaution against possible rust during overseas
transportation.
2. Nylon protective films will be applied as the second line of
defense against dampness.

corner.

Training to install(3 options):
A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual
in English for installing, operation, maintenance and
trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail,
fax,telephone/MSN/ICQ and so on, when you meet some problems of
installation, using or adjusting.
B. You can come to SMART CNC factory for training. We will offer
professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training.
Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing
facility. Training time: 3~5 days.
C. Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service
at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa
Formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us
during the business trip and service period before their dispatch.
It's better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers
during the training period. Training time: 7 days.
Remark: The charge of visa application, round air ticket,
accommodation expenses in your country will burden by your side.
