1. PLC, touch screen control, can realize manual and automatic control; can realize automatic mold clamping,
automatic exhaust, automatic pressure supplement, automatic temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm
and automatic mold opening and other functions; the touch screen displays and controls the hot plate in time

2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of QT500-7 material, and the plunger is made of chilled hard alloy cast iron

3. Hydraulic automatic top iron is used on the pot side of the hot plate. Under the action of multiple oil cylinders,
the horns on both sides of the hot plate advance and retreat at the same time; the two ends of the hot plate are
provided with anti-pillar iron overlapping devices.
4. Each heating zone of the hot plate is equipped with a set of valve groups to adjust the temperature.
Under the control of PLC, the temperature of each heating zone of the hot plate is guaranteed to be uniform.
