Introduction
CG13 powder coating machine is mainly using the principle of
electrostatic adsorption, the electrostatic powder spray gun
generates high voltage at the front end of the gun after being
powered on. The powder is negatively charged after being sprayed
from the front of the gun. The charged powder is blown to the
surface of the workpiece by high-pressure air, and the workpiece is
positively charged, so the powder will be well adsorbed on the
surface. After a certain thickness of coating is formed on the
surface of the workpiece, the charge will be repelled, and the
powder will no longer be adsorbed, so the thickness of the layer is
very uniform.
Advantages of electrostatic powder coating
(1) The construction environment and working conditions are good.
When spraying in high-voltage electrostatic field, the diffusion of
paint mist is far less than that of pneumatic spraying or airless
spraying, which significantly improves the pollution of the
finishing environment.
(2) High paint utilization. When spraying in high-voltage
electrostatic field, paint particles with negative charge are
painted on the surface of the workpiece along the direction of the
power line. Therefore, there is basically no rebound of paint jet
and flying of paint mist. The loss of paint mist is very small, and
the utilization rate of paint can reach more than 85% - 90%.
(3) Good finishing quality. When electrostatic spraying is carried
out in strict accordance with the correct operating procedures, due
to the effect of high-voltage electrostatic field, the coating
particles are highly dispersed and evenly distributed in the jet,
so the coating formed on the surface of the coated workpiece is
also flat and uniform, and the gloss and adhesion of the paint film
are high.
(4) High finishing efficiency. The production practice shows that
in the electrostatic spraying continuous flow production line, the
running speed of the conveyor belt can reach 24m/min, which is far
higher than other spraying lines. The comprehensive economic
benefits of electrostatic spraying are particularly obvious for
wooden parts such as tables, chairs, frames, etc. that cannot be
coated by spraying or roller coating.
