1.Can you give me help if my products are very urgent?
Yes, we will try our best to give you help. Because we have our own
factory to produce. We can flexible to adjust our production
schedule.
2.I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?
Sure, we will not display any customers' design or show to other
people, we can sign NDA.
3.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most
convenient or cost effective for you.
4. How about tooling Charge?
Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders
would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance
5. What is your sample policy?
Samples cost generally can be refunded if your quantity can meet
our MOQ.
6. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can
build the molds and fixtures.
7. Can I get a product sample?
Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And
we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we
will send you by freight collect.
8.What kind of file can you read?
Various type of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable,such as JPG, PDF,
DWG, DXF,IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
9.What is your way of packing?
Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For
reference: wrapping paper, carton
box, wooden case, pallet.
10. How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system
and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the
guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small
quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and
resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i ncluding
re-call according to real situation.
