Horizontal sliding platform

The horizontal slide design has a high overturning moment and lateral restraint. This design concept, combined with a standard horizontal slide arrangement, has a high dynamic moment limit while maintaining the guiding oil film damping characteristics. The horizontal slide table is composed of a slide plate, a connecting head, a natural granite slab, a horizontal slide table base, and an independent oil source.

On the same hardware platform, different application software can be configured to complete a variety of analysis tasks to meet your different test and analysis needs. The controller adopts a modular design, and can configure corresponding hardware and software according to different user needs to meet different needs.

d. Test safety

The controller provides small-scale signal control to get a preview of system vibration control. This method helps test engineers predetermine noise levels. And have a rough understanding of the transfer function and other characteristics of the system. There are also multiple safety checks and interlock settings. The safety of testers, test objects and vibration table equipment is guaranteed to the greatest extent. If there is an abnormality in the system, you can immediately press the system's built-in termination key to end the test.
