Nylon sleeve gear coupling is composed of two wheels with teeth and
an inner tooth nylon sleeve, material using S t 52.3, can choose
special steel according to customer requirements.The nylon sleeve
gear coupling consists of a flange half-coupling of the outer teeth
and an inner tooth ring with the same number of teeth.The outer
teeth are divided into drum teeth and straight teeth.

REIJAY's nylon sleeve gear coupling is suitable for shaft and
flexible transmission, allows large axial radial displacement and
angular displacement, and has a small size, light weight, high
speed rotation almost no noise and vibration, long life, minimize
the loss of transmission torque design advantages, the coupling can
significantly correct the radial deviation.Normal torque transfer,
while the internal lubrication system enhances the wear resistance
of the teeth, its special nylon casing also has special advantages,
high thermal stability and resistance to lubricants and other
chemical solutions, while nylon and steel components can be made
without lubrication and corrosion resistance.The nylon sleeve and
hub combination can also achieve useful axial displacement,
increasing a certain amount of axial movement.
To better satisfy special demands from customers, we can provide
non-standard design, product invention, shafting torsional
vibration calculation, simulation system testing and related
professional software support. More than 40% of the employees in
Reijay nowadays are professional engineers (including senior
engineers) with bachelor’s degrees or above. At the same time, we
are glad to have 8 senior product application engineers and
development engineers (including a PhD in Machinery who studied in
Germany before). Reijay has established cooperation with many
well-known universities and research institutes in dynamic
simulation analysis, motion, shock, dynamics, vibration, strength,
