Volume Booster TS100 series products are used to speed up the control valve action
device. When the flow of the valve positioner can not meet the requirements
of the speed of the control valve, the flow amplifier is installed
at the outlet of the valve positioner. According to the change of
the pressure at the outlet of the valve positioner, the pressure of
11 will provide the air source with large flow to the actuator and
improve the regulation speed of the control valve.

Using the environment
Do not use in corrosive environment.
When it is used beyond the normal working range, the normal service
life of internal diaphragm and other parts of the product will be
affected, and abnormal operation may occur. Therefore, please use
it within the specified temperature parameter range.

To take over the way
① The outlet of the valve positioner is connected to the pressure
signal interface of the flow amplifier.
② The air source output interface of the flow amplifier is
connected with the air chamber of the actuator.
The air source is connected to the air source input interface.
Bracket installation Method
If a support is required, prepare the support and install it
according to the following figure.
Precautions for installation and commissioning
1. For personal and system security, you are advised to install and
debug the device by professional technicians.
2. When the product is used beyond the range of parameters, it will
leak out due to the explosion of compressed air, causing damage to
parts or personal injury. Therefore, please confirm the rated
parameters of the product before installation and debugging.
3. When the product fails, in order to avoid high air pressure
directly input to the actuator, the input interface must be
installed with air filter pressure reducing valve to ensure the
safety of the system.
