The 304 stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump main
used for clean water and slight corrosion clean water. By the
working condition, the pump have different material.
General material: cast iron/SS304/SS316/SS316L. The pump’s feature is small flow with high head, and due to the
pump head is SS304, the motor is general material, so the pump is
light more than cast iron.
The customer main used for booster in project, the project name as
follow:
1. Dhaka Water Supply Network Improvement Project (DWSNIP)
2. Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA).
3. The order is test order, have finished installation and general
work. The batch pump work well. And the pump match direct control
cabinet, one control cabinet control one pump.
General the model match 1.1kw, but if have require of motor, can
increase the motor power. By customer’s require, the model match
1.5kw. We customer-made by customer’s require. If the liquid
destiny more than clean water destiny, but have not sand, the power
should increase one level.
For example, if the liquid is seawater or raw water, have some
microelement, small solid(not sand), the destiny more than general
clean water, the pump power can increase one level.
