1. The latest domestic high-power transmission mechanism is
adopted, and the main drive shaft is driven by the platoon chain,
which eliminates the error and noise of other gear transmissions.
2. The electrical appliance adopts imported control system, and it
can be equipped with missing material and leakage compensation
device and missing particle detection and removal device according
to customer requirements.
3. The whole machine adopts a segmented combination: PVC forming,
feeding and heat sealing are one section, and tropical aluminum
cold forming, heat sealing and punching can be divided into one
section for separate packaging.
4. Adopt photoelectric control system, automatic feeding of PVC,
PTP, duralumin packaging, automatic punching of waste edges, to
ensure the stability of ultra-long-distance multi-station
synchronization.
5. It can be equipped with photoelectric detection and correction
device, equipped with imported stepper motor traction, printing and
packaging of graphics and text, to optimize the grade of packaging.
6. This machine is suitable for: capsules, plain tablets, sugar
coatings, capsules, injections, special shapes, etc., as well as
medical devices, light foods, and electronic components in blister
