About Quality:

100% inspected by IQC and PC. They have been fully inspected by the
quality supervisor, including appearance inspection, functional
test and charging test before packing. All goods need to do 100%
testing before shipment. We have a strict QC process, so our
products come with high quality.
Warranty:
1 year warranty is available.
You could gather the defective items and send them back 1 time and
then we will ship them back after repair. In this way, we need to
share the shipping cost. Means you need to pay for shipment for
send back and we cover the resend shipment cost.
Also, we can choose another warranty way. That is we offer 0.2%
spare. In this way, you need to deal with RMA locally.
