Spray dryer is one of the most popular industrial drying method, it
could dried the powder directly from liquid o paste shape material.
The working principle is: cold air is filtered through the filter,
then enters the heater, is heated to a certain temperature, and
then enters the air distributor at the top of the spray tower, and
the hot air spirally flows to the bottom of the tower. The liquid
is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body,
and the liquid is torn into extremely small mist droplets. The
liquid droplets and the hot air are in parallel contact, and the
heat exchange is fully performed. The water content is rapidly
vaporized and evaporated, and dried in a very short time as a
finished product. The finished product is separated by a cyclone
and discharged, and the exhaust steam is discharged by an induced
draft fan.
Main Features
(1) Fast drying: liquid or wet raw material after atomization,
significantly increased surface area, in the hot air flow,
instantaneous evaporation can be 95% ~98% moisture, to complete the
drying time only a few seconds, and especially suitable for drying
of thermal sensitive material.
(2) Excellent drying effect: Finished products with good
uniformity, fluidity and solubility, the product high purity, good
quality.
(3) Production process is simple, convenient operation and control.
For material which moisture content 40-60% (special material even
moisture contents 90%) of the liquid to a dry powder products,
dried without crushing and screening, and product purity. Product
size, density and moisture can be adjusted( within a certain range)
by changing the operating conditions.
