Q1. Are you a factory?

Q2. What's the wavelength of the UV LED lamp?
A: The wavelength of UV LED lamp usually are 365-405nm.The
wavelength for inkjet printer is
395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.

Q5.What's the cooling way?
A: Most of UVLED are water cooling. We also have several hot

1) During the whole process of use, all people who are in direct
contact with UVLED should take measures to prevent and eliminate
static electricity, and do not touch the UV light emitting diode
directly with their hands.
2) When welding, attention should be paid to the welding time and
temperature, and the positive and negative polarities should be
distinguished.
3) Electrical parameters such as current and voltage should not
exceed the rated values.
For high power weliding using UV LED the following points should be
followed
1) The operation of welding should not exceed the time limit;
2)Make sure that the welding temprature is below 260C degrees at
all time.
3)Aviod lens damage during welding.
4) Make sure that the cooling system is working actively,
efficeiently and is dissipating heat.
