Box Body Configuration

1. Heat dissipation window: there are heat dissipation windows in the middle and upper part of both sides of the cabinet.
2. Grounding screw: M6×14 grounding screw is provided on the left side of the corresponding panel position of the cabinet.
3. Component board: the inlet room is an installation board, and the metering room and outlet room are installation bars, which are used to install electrical components.

Door Configuration

1. Cabinet: Incoming room and outgoing room have single bends around the board, and the measuring room has double bends on both sides of the board. There are bolt pins on the left and right ends of the bottom of the board, and M5 shafts are used for the bolts.
2. Locks: lead-sealed screws are used in the entry room, metering lock MS505-1 is used in the measurement room or a special code lock for the meter cabinet, and the round lock MS407 is used in the exit room.
3. Grounding screw: M6*14 grounding screw is provided at the bottom left of the box.

Electrical Meter Box Structure

1. The upper and lower structure is divided into inlet room, metering room and outlet room.
2. Knockout holes on the left and right sides of the top plate, no holes on the back of the cabinet.
3. Embedded plug-in board.
4. Equipped with inner partition board.
5. With activity hook.
6. Active backplane.
7. No bottom cover.

Installation Remarks

1. All installation strips are double-bended.
2. The above is the size of single-phase card meter (National style).
3. For 10 meters and above, if the outlet room is a leakage switch, the height will be increased by 200mm.
4. The installation bar for the measurement room of the single-phase meter is 175mm high, and the installation bar for the measurement room of the three-phase meter is 280mm high.
