Hexagonal slotted nuts are designed for use with DIN9250 Stainless

end of the screw, so that the split pin can be inserted into the
hole of the screw from the slot of the nut to prevent the nut from
loosening automatically. It is mainly used in occasions with
vibration load or alternating load. .
The methods to prevent the automatic loosening of nuts (or bolts)
in mechanical design and production are as follows:
1. Padded spring washer; (simple and easy to make)
2. Use hexagonal slotted nut + split pin; (increased processing
procedures year-on-year)

The main function of the DIN9250 Stainless Steel Serrated Tooth
Knurled Disc Spring Washer is to protect the surface of the
connecting piece from scratching the surface of the workpiece when
the bolt and nut are tightened; the spring washer is
anti-loosening. However, some important connections, such as the
place where the power is transmitted by the friction force
generated by compression, cannot be used with spring pads. If the
rigidity of the connection is reduced, accidents are likely to
occur. The spring washer can be omitted. When the strength of the
connected parts is low, flat washers or flange bolts are used to
