The 2phase decanter centrifuges from HUADING SEPARATOR have been
applied in the beverage industry for removal of the pulp and
impurities in the raw beverage liquid for many years, especially in
the turbid juice. The equipments can be used to treat the raw
material with a high solid content and large particles, which the
scope of solid content can reach more than 50% and size of
particles can be bigger than 1mm. Further more, the discharged
solid moisture content and the clarity of discharged clear liquid
is adjusted.

- PLC control realized automatic operation, continuous and automatic
feeding and discharging
- Two motor and two frequency inverter drive system, realize
differential speed stepless regulation and energy return
- Main parts such as the bowl and screw is made of
corrosion-resistant stainless steel or duplex steel
- The surface of screw and discharging port is hardened, such as hard
alloy and ceramic, better protection for the parts prone to wear
and tear, for a long service life
- Multiple safety protection: bowl speed and differential speed
detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat
protection, bearing temperature monitoring, conveyor torque
protection and gas-tight explosion-proof protection.
