Complete control system including wiring, cables, and safety protection devices. Utilizes automatic time relay to achieve automatic close mold, exhaust, stuffy, vulcanization time, supplement pressure, and open mold processes. Easy switching between automatic and manual control modes.

Upper and lower platforms utilize Q235 steel plates. Precision manufacturing includes automatic cutting baiting, mechanical slicer producing welded grooves, and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding.

Constructed with ZG270-500 material, piston stroke utilizes hard cold chilled alloy cast iron. Sealing structure employs combined double sealing ring and one dustproof ring for extended service life.
