With over 350 employees and a well-equipped workshop of 170,000
square feet, FYTLED advances LED luminaire manufacturing and
facilities with certain setups for both production and quality
control, for instance, high speed SMT machines, computer controlled
power supply burn-in testing system, humidity testing machine, high
temperature aging oven, salt spray testing machine,water-proof
testing machine,automatic optical inspection systems, integrating
spheres and IES tester. All procedures, counting from supply chain
to delivery, are all detail-minded and managed within ISO9001:2015
system.
FYTLED is dedicated to creating new ideas of product innovation and
development with state-of-the-art technologies. With a team of more
than 30 engineers, our R&D is proud of contributing its
experience in industrial design, power supply, heat dissipation
analysis, optical lens design, etc. Accordingly, all the layouts
are fully qualified by UL and EU electrical safety standards, with
more than 30 patents of hape design and utility model in
addition. All new products must pass different strict test, such as
high/ low temperature test, heat dissipation test, surge test, EMI
test, water-proof test, drop test…
FYTLED luminaires have been 100% exported to more than 40
countries, including Europe, USA,South American, Asia and Middle
East etc. It is widely applied in various industrial and
