Technical descriptions:
The water treatment system is divided into 4 parts: Pre-treatment,
RO unit, sterilization parts and matching parts. RO is the core of
the system.
Pre-treatment: Raw water pump, Quartz sand filter, Active carbon
filter, Sodium ion exchanger, Cartridge filter, etc. Functions as
below:
a, Avoid incrustation generating on membranes surface; ( Includes
Fe3,Fe2,CaCO3,CaCO4,SrSO4,CaF2,SiO2,Fe and Aluminum-oxide) ;
b, Avoid colloidal substance and fluidized bed block up;
c, Avoid organism block up;
d, Avoid microorganism block up;
e, Avoid breakage to membranes from oxidizing substance;
f, Make sure stable water production by RO;
g, Make sure no block up from high hardness;

1.2, Quartz sand filter:
Apply high quality SUS304, with automatic control system, piping
system, includes manhole, hand hole, water distribution device on
top and bottom, filter material, it is pressure model.
Inside the sand filter, there are put several layers of different
diameter quartz sand. Filter design should make full consideration
of back flush intensity, unstable system operation are mainly
caused by sand filter back flush design defect, Poor back flush
effect will increase top sand clotting SDI (pollution index), and
will cause pollution to the membranes.
Considering once restart after back flush, the new filter surface
is not full generated, impurity is easy to get through, our sand
filter apply low flow rate operation model, this will enhance
filter effect and reduce pollution afterwards.
Back flush will make 15-25% expansion to the filter materials, it
is better to use compressed air to work together, strength
18-25L/sm2. Impurity will be below 1 under this situation.

1.3, Active carbon filter
Apply high quality SUS304, with automatic control system, piping
system, includes manhole, hand hole, water distribution device on
top and bottom, filter material, it is pressure model.
Main function is to remove organic substance and residual chlorine.
Inside is filled with water cleaning active carbon, the water after
passing this filter: 1, 60% organic substance will be absorbed; 2,
residual chlorine will be absorbed, the action is not only
absorption, while it will generate catalysis on active carbon
surface, so the active carbon will not be full absorbed, just lose
little carbon.
After passing sand filter and active carbon filter, the water will
meet standard to enter purifying device: SD1≤4；

To avoid quartz entry into RO to break membranes, the membranes can
be used for 3 months under normal working situation, the design is
suitable for quick cartridge change.

1.5, RO unit
RO membrane is the key part of whole RO, it will decide the system
workable or not. The water passing RO can remove bacterial, organic
substance and microorganism.
No phase change will be generated in RO device during water
purification. Water recovery rate is high, small in dimension, high
automation.
Whole SUS304 rack, automation part apply AC contactor control,
apply flow meter, pressure gauge and auto flush electrical magnetic
valve, etc.
Protect device:Low pressure and high pressure protect switch is set
before water entry and after water discharge. Booster pump and
system will stop when water supply is not enough. Make cut off on
booster pump when there is too much discharge pressure to avoid
system running under pressure exceeding status.
