Structure and working principle of dewatering well drilling rig
1, The structure of the whole machine is mainly composed of
operating platform, grinding plate (or power head), seat frame,
water pump, flap door, pipe unloader, column, drilling tool, etc.
1. The operation platform is used to control the action of various
components of the hydraulic system and realize the normal operation
of the drilling rig. The operation platform is composed of bench,
multi-channel directional valve, counter flow valve, gear pump and
hose.
2. The power head consists of motor, reducer, chuck, etc. It is
mainly a mechanism that converts power into mechanical energy. The
gear box is equipped with a gear handle, which can realize the
rotation speed of the drill pipe,
3. The underframe is used to support the power head, and the
propulsion cylinder drives the power head to drill the tower to
move back and forth. It can also adjust the flatness of the whole
rig, so that the rig can work normally in any terrain.
