DESCRIPTION
The diffuser discs are strategically perforated with a multitude of
tiny holes that release small bubbles when supplied with compressed
air. These fine bubbles have a large surface area-to-volume ratio,
allowing for efficient transfer of oxygen from the air to the
water. The increased surface area ensures enhanced contact between
the oxygen and the wastewater, facilitating the transfer of
dissolved oxygen to support the biological processes within the
treatment system.
The Dubhe DUDH Disc Diffuser is designed for maximum aeration
efficiency. Its advanced engineering and precise distribution of
fine bubbles across the diffuser discs result in high oxygen
transfer rates. The uniform bubble distribution helps prevent the
formation of dead zones or stagnant areas within the treatment
tank, ensuring that all areas receive adequate oxygenation.
The diffuser discs are typically arranged in a grid pattern, and
evenly distributed throughout the aeration tank. This configuration

Manufactured by a standard cure, low plasticizer content, and 1mm
or 2mm perforations. DUBHE mold EPDM with modern equipment
utilizing individual thermocouples and vacuum technology ensures a
repeatable very high-quality product.
Diffuser Bases
The Diffuser Basesis molded with virgin polypropylene for extended
performance, and is highly efficient with airflow performance of
1.5-2.5SCFM.
