Permanent magnetic couplings are advanced non-contact power
transmission devices designed for applications requiring reliable

ferrite neodymium or samarium cobalt magnets arranged in Halbach
arrays, they provide high flux density up to 1.4T and residual
induction ≥1.2T. With customizable pull force and nickel plating

a wide operating temperature range from 80°C to 350°C.

Order Information Requirements

- Product material, size, grade, surface coating, quantities
required. If available, provide a sketch or drawing with dimensions
and tolerances
- Delivered magnetized or unmagnetized? Magnetization direction?
- Information on intended application and usage
Can you do OEM and ODM?
OEM and ODM are acceptable. Please inform us of your requirements
for reference.
What about the sample lead time and charge?
For OEM or ODM projects, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to calculate
charges. For available or in-stock items, samples are shipped
within 5-10 days. Final charges depend on your confirmation of the
project draft.
How can I place an order?
You can contact us by email with your order details or place orders
online.
What's the order procedure?
First, we discuss order and production details via email. Then we
issue a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. Full payment or
deposit is required before production begins. Production typically
takes 15-25 days for non-stock items. Before completion, we
coordinate shipment details and balance payment. After payment
settlement, we prepare your shipment.
How can I pay you?
After confirming our PI, we request payment via T/T (HSBC bank),
PayPal, or Western Union. L/C, D/A, and D/P are also available.
Can we visit your factory?
Factory visits are highly appreciated. We will send an invitation
once your schedule is confirmed.
