1 . Description

High Hardness Si3N4 Positioning Pin Silicon Nitride Ceramic Dowel Pin for Welding refers to a type of ceramic dowel pin that is used in welding applications. Because silicon nitride welding pins are electrically insulated, unnecessary current can be completely avoided, sparks are avoided between ceramic pin and the workpiece, and the slag removal work during the welding process is reduced; the high wear resistance and high fracture toughness of silicon nitride ceramic enables the workpiece to be accurately positioned for a long time. The welded workpiece maintains a very high quality and high yield, reducing the frequency of locating pin replacement and improving production efficiency.
