Description:
This series of tower cranes has a horizontal jib frame, a
jib-trolley radius-changing mechanism and a hydraulic self-raising
mechanism. It is original in design, reliable in operation and
satisfactory in shape. Equipped with all necessary safety devices,
these cranes show a good speed-control capacity, satisfactory
operating stability and high work efficiency. They can be widely
used for the construction of high-rise hotels, residential
buildings, high-rise industrial buildings, large-span factory
buildings and tower-like buildings like tall chimneys.
The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) adopted by our aerial
equipment can timely diagnose the cause of breakdowns. The
frequency converter easily realizes continuously variable speed
regulation and greatly improves the stability, reliability, and
operability of the control system as well as the work efficiency of
the flat top tower crane. In addition, the electric components are
introduced from world-class enterprises including Omron, YASKAWA,
Schneider (TE) and MEAN WELL. They ensure a low failure rate of the
electric control system.
1.It has ultra long arm and large coverage area.
2.The standard segment section is wide. Rigidity is good. Complete
machine is stable and swings slightly when craning.

4.The electrical system uses domestic high quality or importing
parts. Its performance is stable and reliable.
5.The standard segment, drawbar, top-bottom turntable and other
major components is welded by CO2 which penetrates deeply and
deforms smally.
6.The slewing mechanism adopts winding motor which starts smoothly
and reliably and places conveniently and efficiently.
7.Hoisting mechanism with good performance in speeding, lifting and
declining smoothly.
