Automatic Large Industrial Pulp Machine Drying System Made Of
Carbon Steel
Due to the particularity of the paper industry, the principle of
centralized pulping and decentralized paper-making is generally
adopted to arrange the production of raw materials (pulp) and
finished paper. First, it can make the production of pulp close to
the forest land, and the production of paper close to the
consumption location, reducing the transportation cost of pulping
raw materials such as wood or paper. Second, it can make the
pulping production with relatively large energy consumption, water
consumption and pollution far away from the densely populated
consumer market. However, in order to facilitate the transportation
of pulp board, it is necessary to dry the pulp and make it into
pulp board during the production of pulp. The hot-air drying pulp
machine is the main equipment for making pulp board from pulp,
which can effectively solve the problems of production,
transportation and storage of these raw materials for paper
production.
Product features
Hydraulic headbox with dilution water transverse quantitative
adjustment device shall be adopted to ensure the horizontal
quantitative deviation ≤ ± 2%;
The web section adopts wedge-shaped closed double-web dewatering with symmetrical dewatering at the top and bottom of
the static panel, which has low power consumption. The power
consumption per ton of pulp in the whole pulp line is ≤ 100kW/h;
The press section is optimally designed and equipped according to
the pulp type and speed.
The pulp board drying section is designed based on the air-floating
non-contact drying principle. The paper web is dried by the hot air
from the upper and lower boxes impacting the paper surface to
provide energy and heat, and air cushion is generated to support
the paper web operation. The steam consumption is quite low. the
steam consumption per ton of pulp ≤ 1.1 tons.
