Canned Sardines Making Machine tuna Fish Canned Production Line
Product Introduction
The production line for canned tuna mainly includes the following
steps:
1. Baking and Peeling: Place fresh tuna in the oven and bake off
the skin of the fish with high temperature and steam.
2. Cleaning and separation: The treated tuna is transported to the
cleaning machine through a conveyor belt to remove internal organs
and spine, and separate the meat.
3. Canning and water injection: On the canned production line, the
cleaned tuna meat pieces are placed in cans containing vegetable
oil, and the cans are filled with water using a high-pressure water
injection machine.
4. Sealing and heat treatment: Place a jar filled with tuna and
water into a heat treatment machine for heating, fully ripening the
meat and killing any bacteria and microorganisms. Then, the jar is
tightly sealed with a clamped metal lid.
5. Inspection and packaging: After sealing and heat treatment, the
canned goods are sent to the finished product inspection department
for inspection, labeling, and packaging.
