Structure and application

the valve body is barrel shaped, and the valve internals include stainless steel floating ball, lever and valve disc. The valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the water supply and distribution pipeline to remove the air accumulated in the pipe to improve the service efficiency of the pipeline and water pump. Once negative pressure is generated in the pipe, the valve quickly sucks in the external air to prevent the pipeline from being damaged due to negative pressure

Action principle

When water injection starts in the pipe, the valve disc is in the open position for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the valve is filled with water, the floating ball rises, drives the valve disc to close and stops exhaust. When the pipe is normally transported, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a certain extent, the water level in the valve drops, the floating ball drops, and the air is discharged from the small hole. When the water pump stops, the water in the pipe flows empty or negative pressure is generated in the pipe. At this time, the plug is opened quickly to inhale air to ensure the safety of the pipeline
