Description :
After fresh air is filtered and heated,it enters into the air
distributor which on the top of the drier.The hot air in spiral
form equably enters into the drying room.When liquid raw material
arepassed through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of
the tower,it will be rotated and sprayed into the extreme slim mist
liquid beads.Raw material can be dried to the final products
instantly while it contact with the heatedair.Finished products are
discharged continuously from bottom of the drying tower and
cyclones segregator. Wasted air is discharged from blower.
Features
(1) Fast drying speed, material liquid after atomization,
significantly increased surface area, in the hot air flow,
instantaneous evaporation can be 95% 98% moisture, to complete the
drying time only a few seconds, and especially suitable for drying
of thermal sensitive material.
(2) Products with good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, the
product high purity, good quality.
(3) Production process is simple, convenient operation and control.
Special material for 40-60% moisture content (90%) of the liquid to
a dry powder products, dried without crushing and screening, reduce
the production process, improve product purity. To the product
particle size, bulk density, moisture, within a certain range can
be adjusted by changing the operating conditions, control and
management is very convenient.

1.The drying speed is high when the material liquid is atomized,the
surface area of the material will increase greatly.In the hot-air
flow,95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment.The time of
completing the drying is only several seconds. This is especially
suitable for drying the heat sensitive materials.
2.Its final products own the good uniformity, flow ability &
solubility. And the final products are high in purity and good in
quality.
3.The production procedures are simple and the operation and
control are easy.The liquid with moisture contents of 40-60%(for
special materials,the contents might be up to 90%).can be dried
into the powder or particle products once a time. After the drying
process, there is no need for smashing and sorting,so as to reduce
the operation procedures in the production and to enhance the
product purity.The product particle diameters,looseness and water
contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition
within a certain range. It is very convenient to carry out control
and managment.

pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formic silicic
