Washing Part:
1)Bottle feeding way is air conveyor direct connection with Bottle
dial

Filling Part :
CO2 pre-charge
Open the charge valve, form a pathway between bottle and alcohol
tank’s CO2. The CO2 will filling into the bottle through the
pathway. The charge valve will closed when the setting time
reached, that means the CO2 pre-charge process end.
Vacuum extraction
Open the take out-vacuum valve pole, form a pathway between bottle
and vacuum. The CO2 and air will be discharged from the bottle
by the pathway, and form into vacuum in the bottle.
The take out-vacuum will be closed when the setting time arrived,
then the once take out-vacuum end.
Capping Part :
1) Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with
burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during
capping
2)All 304/316 stainless steel construction
3)No bottle no capping
4)Automatic stop when lack of bottle
5)Capping effect is stable and reliable ,Defective rate ≤0.2%
