Applications

The porous titanium plate is used as the GDL (gas diffusion layer) of the anode for hydrogen production by water electrolysis in PEM water electrolysis. The pores are uniform and the porosity can be controlled at 30%-40%. Good electrical conductivity and strong corrosion resistance. It can be coated with platinum group metals to enhance its catalytic performance. The cost is relatively high, but the hydrogen production efficiency is high and the purity is high, which is suitable for industrial hydrogen production.
