Four-way Shuttle Cart ASRS

Four-way shuttle is an intelligent handling device that can achieve
both vertical and horizontal walking. It has high flexibility, can
change the working lanes arbitrarily, and adjust the storage
capacity by increasing or decreasing the number of shuttles. If
necessary, the peak value of the system can be adjusted by setting
up a dispatching method of the operating fleet to solve the
bottleneck of the in and out operation.
Four-way shuttle can be replaced with each other. When a certain
shuttle or elevator fails, other shuttles or elevators can be
dispatched through the dispatching system to continue to complete
the operation, and the storage capacity is not affected. The
four-way shuttle is suitable for both low-flow and high-density
storage and high-flow and high-density storage. It can maximize
efficiency, cost, and resources.
