Inspection principle
Our company's design plan uses 6 sets of high-pixel area array
industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources, and
conducts comprehensive inspections on the top, side, and bottom
defects of the product. The design detection speed of the entire
set of inspection equipment is 1000 pieces/minute. The equipment
can operate 7*24 hours a day, and the unqualified products can be
automatically eliminated online.
Vision solutions
The rubber plugs are accelerated by adding an air blowing device at
the vibrating guide rail of the vibrating plate, so that the two
rubber plugs can be spaced apart. The material speed is more
unstable, and a stabilizing device is needed.
The position of the rubber plug is controlled by adding a stopper
device so that the rubber plugs are arranged in an orderly manner.
However, after the addition of a stopper device, the position of
the rubber stopper can be controlled while the rubber plug itself
produces a rotational movement, so that the discharge more stable.
Advantages of CCD inspection
- Top surface area detection: The top surface of the rubber plug
manager feeder is facing upwards, and it is suspended in the air
through the negative pressure belt vacuum adsorption. A set of
industrial cameras is installed directly below the rubber plug, and
with the use of visual light source, the image of the top surface
area of the rubber plug is collected for inspection. Analytical
processing.
- Bottom surface detection: install a set of industrial cameras
directly above the rubber plug, and operate with visual light
source

sets of industrial cameras are arranged in a ring around the outer
side of the rubber plug. With the use of visual light sources, the
