Product Overview
Accuvon Rubber Rotary Lobe pump are super self-priming. This
positive displacement is similar to a gear pump, but the lobes
don't touch each other and turn independently. Lobe pumps are
utilized for transfer liquid of various viscosity and air/water
mixture.
The feature a robust design (in between bearing support), that
enable operation operation at high pressure and low vibration.
Intermediate isolation chamber, ensure the gearbox are isolated
from medium, even if there a leak.
Built-in gear reducer is optional, for space saving.
Material: Cast iron/Cast steel/Stainless steel and various polymer.

Function
Lobe pump manufacture use high precision 5-axis CNC machining. Our
rotor perfectly seal with the inlets and outlets chamber, pump
suction ability can reach to 9 meters. The material of the rotor
can be selected according to the characteristics of conveying
medium. We have many kinds of rotor material for selection,
including anti-wear elastomers, hard steel, stainless steel and
etc.
Our lobe pumps design is compact, can be installed in extremely
limited space. The design of flange and placement of the motor can
be adjusted to fit for the customer's space constraints.
Pump body choose inblock casting, the error is minimal. Body
material can be cast iron and stainless steel. Chamber inside have
replaceable protective liner. The liner surface can be hardened to
increase wear resistance.
Our lobe pump is unilateral shaft support design, fluid chamber can
be quickly disassemble. Rotors and other accessories can be
replaced in a few minutes without remove the pump inlet and outlet
pipes. Also lobe pump have few wearing parts, it make lobe pump
lower shutdown time and lower using cost.
Very high efficiency, about 60% to 85%.
Lobe pump have wide fluid chamber, no block problem.
- Self-priming and Dry Running
Lobe pump have good self-priming ability, reach to 9.5m, and can
allow a certain time dry running.
Advantage
1. Rotor pump is suitable for transporting high viscosity, ensity
and any medium containing particle.
2. The rotational speed is low, generally keep already existing
quality not changing , any physics and chemistry properties won't
be changed.
3. Stainless Steel Lobe Pump can be also called colloidal pump. All
liquid flowing parts are made of stainless steel. It can transmit
high viscosity, thickness and with particle medium.
4. High pressure of out let makes sure the long distance and high
resisitance transportation with stable capacity used widely in food
,chemical, industrial areas .
5. Suitable temperature: -30 °C to 200 °C.
