Features:

It is the best ideal packing equipment for large and medium-sized pharmaceutical plant, health care factory and food industry.
adopts the interface of human-machine and PLC control system.
have functions for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
Step motor is adopted on the machine for precise controlling the pulling length and saving packing material.
The heating mold will automatically separate when the machine stops, which can protect the packing material from heated mould.

Performance:

The PVC is soften by heating board in the heating box and formed by compressed air in the forming mechanism. The the medicine( such as capsules or tablets) will be filled into the blister through the feeder. The Aluminum foil is transported by mini motor and enter into heat sealing mechanism and integrate with PVC to heat-seal. After heat-sealing, the machine are going to batch number print, trace-pressing. At last the blister wrapper will enter into the blanking mechanism and complete the blister packing. The heating mould can automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from heated.
