Automatic Feeder
- Max. pile height: 1100mm
- Equipped with pneumatic drying vacuum pump, no need for oil
- Equipped with side lay and front lay for accurate paper position

Powder Removal System

Laminator
- Equipped with hot oil recycle system mounted outside the machine
which can keep temperature constantly
- Accurate grinding mirror cylinder ensures the good coating
brightness
- Wide range of temperature setting which can reach max. 180oC
- This machine is suitable for the gluing of lamination film
without glue, thermal film and BOPP f- Mirror cylinder and hot
water cylinder with build-in heating system and temperature
controller
- Film tension controller can handle the tension problem of heated
film
Electromagnetic Energy-saving System
- Adopts ceramic roller with independent drive motor
- Translational doctor can adjust rapidly and it makes glue
uniformity
- It is suitable for water-based glue and solven-based glue
- Pneumatic pressure roller controls film tension
- Equipped with one flush trimmer which can transfer film to hot
water cylinder smoothly. Film will not be curled.
Automatic Non-stop Delivery
- Non-stop delivery and waving stacker
- Chain hanged paper pile
- Pneumatic sheet jogging device knocking up both sides of sheet
and photo cell controlled, it makes the sheet more tidily

A: Our CTP Processor machine factory is in Shanghai, you are warmly
welcome to visit our factory!

Q3: What is your warranty for the CTPs ?
A: Three years' Laser Head and main spare parts for the CTPs, one year

If the customer uses EcooGraphix CTP plate with the CTP machine, we
will provide the Lifetime Warranty.
