Se’are Mekonnen, was an Ethiopian army officer. He was the Chief of
General Staff of the Ethiopian National Defense Force from 7 June
2018 until he was assassinated on 22 June 2019. Bronze cast
sculpture is more used in some monumental sculptures, such as
bronze statue sculpture, bronze figure sculpture, bronze monument
sculpture, etc. This life-size Officer sculpture is a custom bronze
statue, made by bronze casting and surface with a patina, and
installed in Ethiopia. For a real-size statue sculpture normally
collects information from high-definition multi-angle photos if no
3D scanning model. And then begin clay model sculpting according to
the photos. After that, a duplicated fiberglass model is required
to prepare for the casting steps.
According to the fiberglass model, we enter into the casting
process, the traditional lost-wax casting method is applied.
