Brief Introduction:
1, iqualitrol MHV-1000 equipped with a large LCD screen, the
operation is more directly and clearly, it can display the
measuring methods, testing force, indentation length, hardness
value, dwell time of the testing force as well as the number of
measurement.
2, iqualitrol MHV-1000 support to save and revise the date, record
the measuring results, compute the data, outputting the information
with the printer, support hardness conversion among 17 hardness
scales, and linking to PC in RS 232 interface and cable.
3, MHV-1000 apply color touch screen and digital 10x eyepiece,
which makes display and measurement intuitively and easily. LCD
screen can directly show the test mode, test force, indentation
length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time.
4, As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the
indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and
show on the large screen. Test results can be saved for reviewing
or be printed out by the built-in printer, and RS232 interface can
connect with computer to transfer data.
5, Available to install optional Knoop indenter to measure Knoop
hardness.
Support optional LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic
measuring system.
Application Range:
Suitable for ferrous metal, non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections,
coatings, ply-metals; glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, thin
plastic sections etc.; hardness testing such as that on the depth
and the trapezium of the carbonized layers and quench hardened
layers.
