Gate valves are designed to meet the customer's demand for high-quality, reliable, and reasonably priced valves. All gate valves of Zhengxuan are manufactured by fully utilizing modern raw materials and processing techniques. It is easy to maintain and fully complies with international design requirements and quality assurance. All gate valves are manufactured in workshops that comply with API Q1 and ISO 9001 certifications based on API 6A standards.

All valve bodies and covers are machined from cast or forged AISI4130 or AISI410. Other special materials, such as Inconel stainless steel or duplex stainless steel, can also be used according to customer requirements.

The valve plate and valve seat are precisely ground to ensure reliable sealing between metal surfaces.
The expansion flat valve is designed with an elastic sealing surface on the valve seat to match the flow seal, ensuring that the valve seat is tightly wedged into the valve seat opening or closing.

All gate valves are bi-directional sealed, with no risk of pressure leakage, and have good sealing performance against pressure in all directions.
The valve stem seal is a non elastic seal, suitable for most fluids and gases. The valve stem using PTFE/R-PTFE sealing device has low operating torque due to its reduced frictional resistance. The valve stem seal can also use graphite material according to the actual applicable temperature environment.
