Application:
Handset Battery Free Fall Test Device is to evaluate the product
performance after unintentional drop, it is suitable to do test for
all kinds of consuming electronic products, such as the mobile
phone, tablet, e-reader, telephone, e-dictionary , remote control
etc..

Machine Structure:
a. High Precision Smartphone Battery Free Drop Tester adopts AC
servo motor and synchronous pulley for the drop height adjusting,
can guarantee the height precision, and long durability.
b. Music Speaker Box Battery Free Drop Test Equipment adopts the
color touchpanel+ PLC to control and set the motion, can set the
drop height directly, it will auto stop when it reaches the set
height, it can preset the drop times and has power-off memory
function, all the controls can be done in the touch panel: drop,
reset, height setting, drop times, and counting.
c. Notebook Battery Free Fall Test Machine is to use the SMC vacuum
sucker for the samples sucking, the edges, corner can faces impact
can be done.
d. Tested sample will be released at the height of 300mm, the
tested sample drop gesture is close to the original set gesture.
e. Communication Device Battery Controlled Free Drop Test Machine
