Crimped Wire Mesh Product Description
Crimped woven wire mesh is also named crimped wire mesh, Square
wire mesh, quarry screen mesh, mining screen wire mesh. It offers
great dimensional strength and stability, great resistance to
abrasion, uniform openings and excellent anti-corrosion. It is
usually used as quarry screen in mine, quarry and other industrial
fields as sieving, grading and separating screening

Crimped Wire Mesh Weaving Type
1.Double crimp wire mesh is manufactured with pre-crimped wires to
obtain precise screening apertures and achieve maximum
rigidity.Generally, it works well in conditions where materials are
not sticky or materials with a small tendency to peg or wedge.
2.Flat top wire mesh is manufactured with wires crimped on one side
only to create a flat surface, thus enhancing its durability and
allowing bigger apertures with high precision. It is generally used
for coarse mineral screening.
3.Lock Crimp Wire Mesh.Before weaving, both warp and weft wires are
pre-crimped. Lock Crimp Wire Mesh is characterized by the formation
of bumps or joints on each group of intersecting wires. These
joints lock the mesh in place and create an extremely rigid
product.
