surveillance monitoring cameras. By integrating this module,
security cameras can sense an object's heat radiation and capture
images 24/7, regardless of environmental factors such as darkness,
low light, strong backlight, etc.

1. How to choose proper infrared detector resolution?
It depends on the actual needs and applications of your products,
and price is also a factor that needs to be considered. If image
quality is not critical, you can choose infrared detectors with
lower resolution such as 120x90, 256x192, or 400x300. If you need
very clear images for special purposes such as remote monitoring,
you can choose high resolution infrared detectors of 1280x1024.
2. How to select right pseudo color for thermal imaging?
- The gray white palette is more suitable for targets with small
temperature differences
- The red and blue palette is more suitable for scenes where problem
points need to be identified
- The iron red palette is the standard color palette for the power
industry
Note: Regardless of which palette you choose, the thermal
temperature measurement will not change at all.
3. How to choose a suitable infrared thermal camera lens?
- Standard lens can meet normal targets with appropriate distance
- Telephoto lens is suitable for relatively small targets that need
to be viewed from long distances
- Wide angle lens is better for seeing more detail of objects at
close distances
- Macro lens is for viewing very tiny targets at close distances,
such as chip circuits
