Product overview of Helium Leak Testing Equipment:
The device is suitable for dry leak detection of two air
conditioners. Nitrogen or dry compressed air was used to test the
compressive strength and large leakage tightness of the workpiece,
and the workpiece was pre-vacuumed and filled with helium, and the
helium mass spectrometry was used to test the gas tightness of the
workpiece. Then the helium in the workpiece is recovered and
recycled. Through the device to determine the leakage rate of the
workpiece and unqualified products.

(1).This unit is equipped with large volume, high service life,
high efficiency exhaust oil mist filter, to prevent the exhaust air
pollution to the workshop environment.
(2).The equipment can automatically monitor whether the leak
detector is operating normally, whether the leak valve is opened,
whether the helium filling pressure reaches the set value, and
whether the leak detection vacuum is normal. If the operation
status of the equipment is abnormal, immediately alarm and stop the
operation of the equipment.
(3).At the appropriate time after each leak detection, the leak
detection system will automatically evacuate helium to prevent
helium from remaining in the system.
(4).The use of recovery vacuum pump for helium recovery, high
recovery rate.
(5).Safety protection function, the system through the safety
grating, pause button and emergency stop button to protect the
workpiece and the operator, when these components operate, the
system will implement different degrees of stop, and the whole
system power off to achieve protection.
