TC-E32 Oil Additive Package

Description
TCE32 additive package is composed of metal detergent, high
molecular weight ashless dispersant, antioxidant and anti-wear
etc., which has excellent high-temperature detergency, dispersant,
anti-oxidiation, anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties.

Dosage
With the recommended dosage of 8.6%(m/m) in the formulated of
SJ/CF-4 and 4.5%(m/m) in SF/CD, meet engine oil of SAE
30,40,50,15W/40 and 20W/40, and satisfy the needs of high speed,
fourstroke engines. It can reduce the oil consumption distinctly
and reduce the sediment of piston, especially suitable for heavy
duty diesel engines running on freeway.
The TC-E32 additive package can be blended into different types of
base oil with the dosage of 8.6%(m/m). Mix the oil for more than 4
hours at the temperature of 80+_5℃, it can be formulated SJ/CF-4
and SF/CD engine oil of SAE 30,40,50,15W/40,20W/40.
Packing and storage
Packing: The product is packed in 200 liter drum
Storage: Please refer to SH/T0164 standard when stored, loaded and
unloaded, oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C.
For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than
45°C.
