1. Description
Touch screen Temperature Controller for Plastic Injection Machine
Hot runner System offer customized number of control zones and form
factors.
This controller is ideal for regular molding machines without
sequential fill capability. It allows operators to program the
controller according their specific molding needs. Each control
zone can be programmed for time-based and/or volume-based
injection. The nozzles for each control zone can be graphically
shown on the touch screen display.
The time from injection start to packing end (injection plus
packing time) is entered into the Close Timer to switch all valves.
Individual close times are also available.

This kind of controller could auto induct to any heating models and
greatly improve the work capacity
Inner and outer ring to dynamic tracking the ambient temperature
effectively prevent the influence of ambient temperature during
measurement.
Cold compensation with thermostat of outer ring makes the control
measure more precision through removing the ambient influence
dynamically.Controller can easy detect to T/C reversed or T/C Open,
and will be operated according to error information and control
mode when detected the problems.
